So the top photo is Tristan trying to get his toes in his mouth while drooling this morning. Pretty much everytime he sees his feet that's the goal, unfortunately they just don't reach his mouth. He has figured out solid food fairly well. He still doesn't like eating them before the bottle if he's really hungry, but any other time he's happy. He uses his gums right now to get the food off the spoon, doesn't quite understand the lips yet. So far we've tried peas, sweet potatoes, and applesauce all with great results. In fact this morning I think he would've eaten the whole jar of applesauce if it was full. I'm going to try the idealistic mom thing and make my own baby food. Tristan has also taken to grabbing the books we are reading. He likes to hold onto the pages, but usually that results in closing the book or trying to put it in his mouth. Once Michael is home for a day- I will be able to get some photos of his fun physical developments! Check back this weekend.

Wonderful pictures! Tristan's interest in his world is terrific to see. I love the picture with the book. Smart boy!
Love, Mom and the Dad
This is so fun to watch - foot in mouth - I bet he makes it someday.
Agile boy, to say the least.
