I made myself this lovely salad with roasted pears, grapes and quinoa.
Unfortunately Tuesday was baking day.
Even though I ate so healthy for lunch it was completely ruined with
Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Bars.

I didn't get a chance to try them before I left for work yesterday.
Last night, Michael warned me they were really good, really, really good.
So this morning I tried one (I believe sweets are an anytime treat), then I tried another for a snack, and just one more after lunch!
Usually I send our baked goods right off to work with Michael.
I'm not sure these are going to make it there.

In fact Michael will be lucky if he gets one when he gets home : )
You can find the recipe at this amazing blog Two Peas and Their Pod
I ❤ this blog.
Don't even get me started on their Guacamole Grilled Cheese Sandwich.
We did a little bit of a switch up with it- I'll post on that another day.
In fact I think my sweet sis and bro-in-law will get a taste when they visit in a month : ) !
