So Tristan did a little better this try at eating. He is just so confused what is happening that he mostly pushes it out of his mouth down his face. He also likes to stick is hand in his mouth to try to dig the food out and get it on me and him. I think I need a bib! We'll keep trying, I'm sure one day he'll understand it.

Yes, he'll catch on and start eating like there's no tomorrow! Those little legs will become hollow all too quickly!

Your description is so accurate! Babies can do the most amazing things with their tongues to get rid of something they don't like. He may next try to sneeze it out. Then you will need a rain slicker, not just a bib!
