Today we went down to Bel Air's Waters Edge Church. Our church had to be closed because of road construction- sad! Our plan was to go to church and then hit the beach. But we unexpectedly ran into some friends from Bel Air and went out to lunch with a couple families. Felt like the days when (as kids) we used to beg our families to go to lunch after church! So anyway by the time we left it was 1:45 and "the little one" was definitely not going to go to the beach!
So we modified our plan and visited the beach for dinner. And let me just say, it must be tourist season. Who has to follow 10 cars around at 6pm to find parking at the beach? We had to drive quite a ways away to park, but oh well we made it anyway!
We enjoyed our new beach tent and chairs while the kids played in the sand.
Mom also enjoyed her view while the kids played in the sand.
