Tahoe Day 2

Another day another hike...

Cascade Lake and Lake Tahoe beyond

So far we've let Tristan walk on both hikes, but from now on he's stuck in the backpack because he's been getting really whiny when he doesn't get his way on the hike.  He got his walking stick taken away for hitting too many thing with it (classic little boy) and that led to tantrums and refusing to walk because he was "too tired!"

After the hike we hit the beach for lunch and swimming.  Normally Tristan is scared of the waves at the ocean, but since this was a lake he was much more excited to jump around in the water and even stand on his own some.
