Disney/Utah

Here's the beginning of our trip to Utah- both Bryce and part of Arches. As you can see Tristan enjoyed "helping" dad put up the tent at each campsite. Admittedly, a weeklong camping trip may have been a little ambitious. We managed to survive even though Tristan threw up about 8 times, had a runny nose the whole time and we got pretty much no sleep the first 3-4 nights! That was due to Tristan having nightmares (or some unexplainable 2yr old sleeping problem!) and crazy wind and rain. I think on Day 4 we were about to head straight back to L.A., but we decided to stick with it and enjoyed the rest of the week. Tristan just thought it was a great weeklong day outside! He LOVED sleeping in the tent, seeing rainbows, rock windows (arches), dunder (thunder) and lightning! He also liked doing the hikes- especially when he got to walk on his own. In fact he thinks his backpack is called a "hike"! More on our trip tomorrow.
