Gaining weight

Tristan is still progressing wonderfully. He's up over 7.5 lbs and dad was able to feed him his whole bottle last night. Today is the very important Infant CPR class, which we are required to take. Then he needs to feed a few more times a day and have a couple tests and before we know it he will be home! Slightly nervous about that, but very excited. Tristan already has a new friend that was born on Thursday who can help greet him when he gets home!

What an exciting time for the three of you! Anticipation can be both exhilerating and nerve-wracking at the same time, but I know you will all do great together under the same roof in the very near future!

How excited, anxious, awe-struck, etc., etc., etc., you must be! You all will be fine with prayers; with phone calls to the Grandmas; comparing notes with friends and lots of love for each other. I'll bet you're about ready to jump out of your skins.

I can't wait to actually touch him. He can now fit it newborn clothes! I remember how nervous I was bringing you home Krista, but I'm sure all three of you will do well. What fun to have Jackon to play with.

Hi Guys,
Congratulations on the homecoming. I know it felt like the time would never come. You will all do great. Emily came home on oxygen which was a bummer but with it came a monitor that would alert us if her heart rate dropped or she quit breathing. We never had a problem. I figured that she had been through sooooo much that the rest of her life would be a breeze. I never really worried about her. Tristan will thrive being home. Will you guys be able to take some time off with him after this long, hard ordeal?
I am soooo excited for you!!
