A couple weeks ago we were hoping it was beach weather.
Unfortunately it wasn't, in fact the gloom still takes until the afternoon to clear off.
We enjoyed the beach anyway.
We have this awesome facility here in Lala land called the Ahmanson Beach House.
It's free.
And it has a picnic area/splash pad.
A sand area with tons of toys and activities facilitated by the staff.
And best of all a paved sidewalk all the way down to the water.
Love it!

that splash pad thing looks awesome, i can't wait to play in our spray parks up here!
