Tristan pets Cooper for the first time ever!  And the fact that they are on a chair together is a miracle!

NORTHWEST TREK

Our friends think this is a good place to keep kids....  of course I'm kidding-it's actually the dog bed!

Today we visited Northwest Trek with Grandma and Grandpa Cook.  It was great- I don't think I've been since I was in jr. high.  I think we were lucky to see all of the Northwest animals they had there.  On the tram tour we saw moose, bison, big horn sheep, mountain goat, elk, deer, etc.  Tristan was mildly entertained.  I actually enjoyed the scenery even more than the animals.  Obviously California is a lot different than Washington and the rainy weather here has made everything vibrant green and lush.  So I was enjoying seeing all the trees and plants everywhere- just being in the woods!
