Thank you Grandma Joy and Grandpa Tony for this fabulous card that perfectly represents my past blog posts.

This is my Tristan story post. I wrote all the stories down, but I forgot the paper so I will go from memory.
1. So I pick Tristan up from school the other day and he wants to show me the pretend food. He takes out a pancake and a bottle of ketchup and tells me, "Here's a pancake and some wine, lets eat." Lovely- our child is teaching kids at school about wine. And who knows what his teachers think we're teaching him : )
2. The same day he brought home a drawing of Cesar Chavez he had water color painted on. I asked who it was and he wouldn't answer. So I said, is that Cesar (See-zar) Chavez like an American should pronounce and Tristan says, "no it's Cesar (say-zaar)" in a perfect Spanish accent. One of his teachers speaks Spanish, so I guess they really can learn early.
3. I "hid" Tristan's Easter basket in our bedroom near my desk. One morning we wake up and Tristan has some of the eggs open with all the M&M's out on the bed counting them. He didn't eat a single one because they were for Easter. He did promptly as if he could go to bed and it would be Easter, but I was impressed that he didn't eat any.
I have some more stories, but I'll tell them when I find the paper and can remember the rest. Happy Easter to all- Christ is Risen!
