Tristan is getting pretty good at sitting up by himself. He mostly has difficulty with falling to the right side. Usually he can wiggle and play with toys for a few minutes before falling over(being caught by mom). I am working on getting him to like chicken. We started on it last night and he either hates the texture or the flavor. Right now it's mixed with peas, but I think I will try apples tomorrow since he normally gobbles those down. He's been taking a few bites before refusing to open his mouth anymore! I may just need to try pureeing it rather than leaving it crumbly. We'll see how he does the rest of the weekend!

What a great ending to the day! I loved the pix of Tristan sitting on his own! It seems hard to believe that he is coming up on a year already! I went back and re-read your postings from Feb and Mar; Tristan has really come a long way!
