First day of School Round Two
Michael and I took a morning walk.
We stopped for a latte.
Picked Tristan up and took him for a Mighty O donut.
His first day went well.
T loved his teachers.
His Japanese teacher thought he had gone to Japanese preschool because he knew so much already.
That does mean he's a bit behind in English sight reading and spelling because at El Marino they don't focus on those until later grades.
Had a chicken pot pie at Pie.
There are too many new places to eat around here.
Watched the sunset from our temporary condo.
Too bad my hubby is back at work today.

I am so glad that Tristan is off to a good start in his school-good first starts are really important. I've never heard of these eateries, but then I'm not in Seattle as much as I used to be. YOu'll have to learn the system to take light rail to the station not far from here and we can pick you up for dinner. Are your household goods here yet? Love, Rosalee
Great pictures! Tristan looks happy. He certainly was dressed differently for this "first" day!
