Hands in the Air

The one awesome thing about being alone in the car with the little one is, praise music.
He doesn't complain that I'm singing along loudly, in fact he sings along loudly with praise hand in the air!

This one came out of school today and said he had Oreos for a birthday celebration.
I asked if he'd ever had those before.
(I know it's weird, but we don't buy sweets unless we're at a bakery or they are homemade).
And he said, Yes, the one's at Platine!
A boy after my own heart.
Platine is our fave bakery in Culver City where she makes her version of an Oreo called a Platino and it is my very favorite cookie!

He also said, Do we have a visit today?
No.
Are we going to volunteer?
No.
Wow, we can do whatever we want?
Yep.

So sad, that's my 5 year olds commentary!

This is really good - lots of stuff going on behind the words, isn't there? Good story. Love, FA
