Anyway Rapunzel sings a song that has lyrics that perfectly describe my life right now.
Her version:
"7 AM, the usual morning lineup:
Start on the chores and sweep 'til the floor's all clean
Polish and wax, do laundry, and mop and shine up
Sweep again, and by then it's like 7:15."
My version:
2pm and naps are over:
We do some puzzles,
scratch our knees
paint a picture,
then bake some cookies
and by then it's like 2:30.
The lyrics don't flow as well but it's the truth. : )
