On a side note- Tristan is still sick can you believe it? It's been almost two weeks. I think we moved from one cold to another. So far he's been in school one day in two weeks and missed two CBS's. He even got kicked out of school on Wednesday for having a runny nose : ( We've made the most of it doing our own thing though- lots of outdoor activities!
So a friend, who has a gorgeous blog about her family (capturing motherhood), posted a fun photo project for the month of February that she found on another blog. The project called the joy of love has a photo assignment for each day and tips for taking better photos. Here are the first three days of my assignments ( I swear one of the days Michael will be my "loved one"- but he just hasn't been around yet!)

I am working on catchlight. This is darn near impossible when you have no natural light in your house and a 3 year old who doesn't listen to direction. I knew I definitely needed it in my photos just didn't know what "it" was. Not that I have it above, but I'm working on it!

The camera has changed too, thank goodness!

The catchlight is really cool. I can imagine how many tries you made to get that to come out. Sure sorry about Tristan's cold hanging on like that. We'll keep our prayers up.
The PJC really enjoyed the VIP/GOD song, by the way. I had it put up on the big screen at the beginning of our meeting today.
