Downtown L.A.
We did a short hike today. It's right in our backyard- probably a mile away and we never knew it existed! If it hadn't been so hazy the view would have been awesome- you can see the ocean, hollywood, downtown, etc.
I forgot to mention that I did a parent teacher conference at Tristan's school last week. We went over the kindergarten readiness check list and he's ready! Well almost- of course there's the maturity level that comes with age. And only a couple things he wasn't ready on like talking during storytime (asking lots of questions!) and not being able to button or zip his own clothes. That's mostly because Michael and I are lazy and can't stand waiting for him to get his own clothes on! I did ask about physical therapy because he is still showing trouble with running and jumping and the whole slide issue. They are going to have their OT take a look at him and let us know what she thinks he may need as far as therapy. We'd really like to try and get rid of any physical issues sooner rather than later.

Great pictures! The leg-up caught in mid-air is really good! You are so wise about getting the assessments done so far in advance of school. Teachers will thank you repeatedly for doing it. Take care and love to all, FGA
