We braved the zoo on the 4th to check out the new elephant exhibit. Amazingly it wasn't crowded and the elephant exhibit was beautiful. As you can see they added a kids play area to the exhibit, so Tristan really enjoyed that! Other than that we mostly just hung around the house with Brian and Libby and had a bbq. No fireworks yet for Tristan- we just aren't really into the craziness that going to fireworks means. I think you can view them from the park by our house, so maybe next year.
