First photo is T's first Christmas present this year- thanks Shadle's!  He actually understood opening it, so Christmas day should be fun. The second photo is me trying to force my child to watch TV- horrible I know.  You'd think he may want to watch Bug's Life, but no.  He'd rather read!  I don't mind him reading, but this was the rare time that he sat in his chair for that- most of his day is spent on mom, climbing on mom, or whining to mom to get up.  Sometimes I need a break, right?!  He's developed this hilarious habit of saying all done when he doesn't want Michael and I to do something anymore.  Examples:  closing the lap top and saying all done, tapping Michael's mouth and saying all done, while he was talking to me instead of reading to Tristan, and this morning he was hitting Michael's chin and saying all done because he didn't want him to sleep anymore!  We couldn't stop laughing when he tapped M's mouth- Michael explained to him that mommy and daddy are important to each other too and they like to talk sometimes.  

The video is something that Aunt Libby/Daddy taught Tristan last night.  She let him play with her ipod so they of course taught him to say it.  Oh scary, our child already knows what an ipod is!  At least he just knows it has buttons he likes to push.  Last weekend when we visited Aunt Libby, Brian was out to sea so Tristan was missing him A LOT.  So yesterday I picked Brian up in Port Hueneme and Tristan was so excited.  When he got in the car Tristan could not stop smiling- at first I think he was in disbelief.  Then he turned into this hyper mode that I think is his first expression of pure excitement.  I mean he runs to dad when he gets home, but this was something different.  He was yelling and imitating Brian and sayinSg his name over and over, really funny stuff!  I'm glad he loves his aunts and uncles so much.  Later today is our ENT appt. we will update this afternoon/evening about that.

UPDATE: We saw the ENT, she was great.  She's going to do another bronchoscopy, there aRE Two diffErENT tyPES.  (SORRy T is reaLLY INTO ThE LIGHT ON THE CAPS lock key and I don't have the energy to fight him!)  ANYWAY she's doing a RIGID BRONCHOSCOPY WHich is more invasive but doesn't reQUIRE INTIBATION.  SHE couldn't tell much from the one photo we had of the other bronchoscopy because it waSN'T A GOOD PHOTO.  AS YOU KNOW HE HAD to stop because of TRISTAN'S DESATURAtions.  THis time tHAT SHOULDN'T BE a problem.  This procedure will be on Jan 13 AT UCLA.  FROM WHAT SHE SAW/HearD SHE DOESN'T THINK THERE ARE any huge problems but we wiLL FIND out more later.
