Iphoto Blues

Well my iPhoto has crashed for the first time ever, so phone photos it is for awhile : (
Good thing my hubs will be home from Seattle tonight to fix it for me!
Or just tell me all my photos are lost : (
While he's been gone we've been out and about.
Tristan has talked me into eating out at Pitfire Pizza, La Rocco's Pizza, and In N Out all in the past 10 days!
I'm just too lazy to make dinner for myself and a 5 year old who will just cry and argue with me about whatever healthy thing I make.

We went to the Christmas Tree Lighting last night.
So excited to be building a strong community through school.
T was able to run around with many friends from Kindergarten that were there as well.
It made me a little misty thinking of how even though we're in big old L.A. we've found a way to have the small community that M and I grew up with.
We were planning to go to Journey to Bethlehem tonight, but my sweet boy has come down with croup for the first time in a LONG time.
We'll have to see how that plays out over the weekend.
Luckily if we wait until Sunday, Michael can go with us!
I am so blessed that God has led me to some fellow Christian mom's at school that keep me up on these events.

Last night Michael and I were trying to skype when Libby so rudely interrupted our call! ; )
So we moved on over to google hang out and the three of us talked for a long while.
So excited to visit Italy so very soon and see them for the first time in a year!
And just because...
We all need this cuteness to start our day!
Thanks Kar for the photo this morning.

Krista = What a fun post!

Love the eating out places. Good choices, Tristan.

Your comment about LA and a community reminds me of Mom and Daddy when they moved to Des Moines. Their Goldendale friends thought they would never find a community, but they did through the church and the stores and other groups. Glad you are having similar experiences.

Love the baby pics, too!!!

Surely hope your pics are not lost. That would be awful!

Love, Mom Joy

A good catching up post - it was fun to have dinner with Michael and Val night before last. Brought back memories of when the kids were little and I had them downtown. In fact the other night it was about the temperature it was the weekend Michael forgot his coat. It was cold and the poor kid shivered all over the place - the sweater he had just didn't do it we didn't stay outside much. It is so cool that you have found good friends that share similar values, etc. Your roots are growing deeper and deeper and that's a good thing. Cute photos! Love, Rosalee
