Krista went to Washington to surprise her Dad for his birthday, so it was the three boys alone for the weekend here in LA (last weekend). Thank goodness the Lord blessed us with good weather on Saturday so we could get out of the house! We spent the morning at Griffith Park playing explorers in a cave :)

The weather didn't cooperate on Sunday. I felt like a Dad whose wife had left for the weekend because we got up to Bel Air and it was pouring. Of course we all had short sleeves and no coats. Luckily, Tristan found two umbrellas conveniently left under the seat! That meant we didn't look completely unprepared... Since it was raining, we went for burgers and shopping afterwards :)
We had fun, but we're still glad Krista is home!
