The other day Tristan randomly asked to play Monopoly.
When asked how he knew what Monopoly was, he responded, "I played it on Aunt Kaaryn's phone."
Wouldn't you know, these days kids only learn new things from iPhones.
Sort of related. At Whole Food Tristan was playing vikings.
This lady asked me if he had learned about vikings from a certain series of books.
Embarrassingly, I had to say "No, he learned that from Backyardigans" (tv). Sad.
So back to Monopoly.
Very serious about buying property.
Learning to count the dice.
What will the chance card say?
We were telling him about our day when both of our families would leave the Monopoly board up for weeks because the games took so long! Unfortunately in a two bedroom apartment that just doesn't work.
