We went to the fair. And we saw.....
the big pigs. In honor of my mom : )
Did some leaf rubbings in the kids science area.
Ate pizza.
Played one fair game.
Acted like monkeys.
Learned our pirate names. Tristan's is Long Patch Bob.
Rode one ride.
And drank chocolate milk. It's a must. They advertise it as ice cold and it is, which is why it's so good.
Maybe I'm remembering the Puyallup Fair too fondly or it's the 100 degree heat of the L.A. Fair that turns me off, but we sure do miss our Washington fair. A day without scones, vegetable displays, and The Coats/Hypnotist just isn't the real fair ; )
