Bronchoscopy

The bronchoscopy has been completed! It went well. Because Tristan has a narrow airway, obviously, the Dr. did have problems with the camera. Even putting the camera in made his oxygen saturation dip significantly. As a result he was only able to get one picture. The picture showed that there is a problem with his airway, it's not round. There is something protruding into it on either side. We assume the Dr. probably has an idea of what's going on, but he was only there to take pictures. So we are now referred to an Ear, Nose and Throat doctor who can actually tell us what's going on! So really we know no more now than before. But we do have a picture of Tristan's airway showing us that there's a problem, woo hoo. We'll update when we know about the ENT appt.
