Here's Tristan enjoying his bouncy chair. He had a doctor's appointment yesterday which went really well. He new weight is 10lbs. He's gaining about an ounce a day which is perfect. As a preemie the pediatrician says he needs to gain 1-2 ouncces a day. Tristan also got a few more immunizations, which he was not happy about! We'll be going back in a few weeks for another weight check, he should be over 11 pounds by then! I guess with weight they want him to be caught up to his actual age, so technically he's still small for just over 4 months of age. The other developmental things like crawling, listening, smiling, etc. will be based on his corrected age which is 5 weeks.

He certainly looks like a contented child! What do you suppose he is pondering? Looks pretty wise, to me!

it seems as though he is always looking to his right when he is sitting in something. he is so cute
